Privacy Policy — Vice Atlas
Vice Atlas ("we", "our", or "the app") is a GTA VI companion app developed by Sokyra Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
Vice Atlas stores your tracker progress and preferences locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers.
The following information may be processed:
- Tracker data — your in-app progress (completed items, checklist states). Stored locally only via SharedPreferences.
- App preferences — selected language and notification settings. Stored locally only via SharedPreferences.
- News & media content — articles, wallpapers, and trailer data are fetched from our Firestore database. No personal data is sent or stored.
- Advertising data — the app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Crash & analytics data — Firebase may collect anonymized crash reports and usage analytics to help us improve the app. See Firebase's Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Data
- To provide core app functionality (news feed, tracker, media gallery)
- To remember your language preference and tracker progress across sessions
- To deliver up-to-date GTA VI news, wallpapers, and trailers from our database
- To display relevant advertisements via AdMob
- To identify and fix crashes via Firebase
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Google AdMob — advertising identifiers for ad delivery
- Google Firebase / Firestore — content delivery (news, wallpapers, trailers). No personal user data is stored in Firestore.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your tracker progress and preferences are stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences. You can delete all local data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.
5. Internet Access
Vice Atlas requires internet access to load news articles, wallpapers, and trailer thumbnails. All connections use HTTPS. We do not intercept or log your network requests.
6. Children's Privacy
Vice Atlas is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Your Rights
You can delete all locally stored app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings. For any privacy-related requests, contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
